If your grout is in good shape, just a little stained from age, a great solution is a color sealer. After steam cleaning to remove all the surface grime, we apply a cement paint that is designed for exterior sidewalks and pool decks, and it works wonders on grout especially kitchen or bathroom floors. It is heavy duty, has a high pigment to binder ratio, and dries in less than 30 minutes.

This is more effective, and less risky or costly than regrouting. It leaves the grout completely uniform and protected from liquids and soil. There is a very effective barrier between the grout and the grime, that hides old stains, prevents future stains, and makes cleaning and maintenance much more productive.
