If you have loose or cracked tiles we can reset them or replace them. We remove the loose tiles and chisel the broken ones out carefully to avoid damaging the adjacent tiles, remove the old thin-set, repair the substrate if needed and install the new tiles and grout. Our repairs are usually stronger than the initial job and will look like it never even happened.
